1. You will have to inform us about your arrival at the apartment at least two hours before the check-in. You can do this by calling the contact phone that will be on your reservation confirmation.
  2. The apartment will be ready for you at 2:00 pm. If you are planning on getting to the apartment before that, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate to your needs.
  3. The apartment keys will be handed to you by the contact person once the remaining 80% of the rental payment has been submitted. The Security Deposit will also be submitted in cash at that same moment, and will be of 200€ if nothing different is stated in your booking confirmation. The Security Deposit will be given back on the departure day after the contact person has gotten the apartment keys back from the clients.
  4. If the rented apartments is by months, the contract will be signed in our office. The damage deposit (bail) will be of one monthly fee and can be payed in cash or with a nominal bank check that will be returned on check out if the apartment is found in the conditions it was rented in and if electricity and water bills have not exceeded the agreed limits.


  1. The check-out will be done before 11:00 am if no other time has been arranged between the clients and the contact person. If you need to leave the apartment later than that, please let the contact person know so he/she can try to accommodate to your needs.
  2. The Security Deposit will be given back to the clients during the check-out.

Amount of Clients that will be staying in the Apartment

  1. The client must inform us about the number of persons that will be using the apartment. Only those people will have the right to sleep in the rented apartment.
  2. Pets will be allowed under the consent of the apartment owner.


  1. The Agency (us) takes no responsibility for any damage, direct or indirect, inflected to the apartments as a consequence of its use by the clients. That includes: Robbery, fires, delinquency, etcetera.
  2. We the right to update any of its General Rules and Conditions at any time if that where necessary.
  3. Clients are responsible of making sure that this conditions are up to date on the time of their check in. The sole use of the services descrived in this website implies the consent and acceptance of the current terms and conditions.
  4. If we were forced to cancel a booking, the agency responsability of the agency will be limited to returning the amounts paid until the cancelling of the booking without possibility of further claims.
