Do I have to leave a security deposit (bail)?
Yes, we do ask for a damage deposit from clients. The damage deposit (200€ if nothing else is specified in the booking) will be blocked on your credit card and automatically refunded by your own bank after 8 to 14 days, assuming there has been no damage inflicted to the apartment nor complaints from neighbors.
What happens if I break something?
If you do break something, please contact us or call the contact phone so we can fix/replace whatever has been broken THE SOONER POSSIBLE.
What is the check in and check out time?
The apartments are available from 3:00 pm (15:00 hours). The departures are usually scheduled before 10:30 am (10:30 hours). If you need to leave the apartment later than that or check in earlier than 3:00 pm, please let us or your contact person know and we'll do everything we can to accommodate to your needs.
The day of my arrival: How will I receive the keys to the apartment and how will I pay any remaining balance?
Download the Rental Ninja Guests App where, with the number of your reservation or the QR code that will be sent to you after confirming your reservation, you can access all the information you need to get to the apartment, collect the keys and enter the apartment. You will also find a guide with explanations and things that are of your interest to make a more pleasant and beautiful experience.
On the day of arrival the tourist tax sheet must be submitted and the corresponding amount must be paid according to the number of guests (it can be paid through the same Rental Ninja Guests Application) and to notify, by mail or instant messaging, the passports / ID's so that we can complete the Tourist Tax form required and send the data to the Town Hall as required by the regulations.
If there is any outstanding amount due on the day of arrival (which can be seen in the same Application in the "Payment" section), it must be paid upon arrival. You can do so in three different ways:
Will I have to clean the apartment before I leave?
The apartments are always cleaned before the next visitor arrives.
Anyway, before leaving the apartment, we ask our guests to wash the dishes and utensils they used. It is also important to make sure that you do not take pillow / pillow cases or others when you leave.
And last but not least, pick up the food and crumbs after cooking and eating, as they are in nature and ANTS WILL BE YOUR BEST FRIENDS IF THEY LEAVE YOU MIGAS AND REMAINS FOR THEM!
Before leaving, it is important not to forget that it is your duty to take the garbage generated during your stay.
